Welcome
You are often the first person a family meets. That first connection matters more than you know.
As a Program Associate on the Resource Navigation team, your role is to listen, guide, and connect — helping families move from uncertainty to clarity and from stress to support. You are not expected to have every answer. You are expected to show up with warmth, follow the right processes, and help families take their next step.
This training covers everything from how families find Latched Support to running resource appointments, managing compliance certifications, and working the systems that keep everything moving. Take your time with each module and lean on your buddy and supervisor as you go.
