This general onboarding applies to every member of the Latched Support team, regardless of role. You'll start with our mission, vision, and values, then move through the policies, professional expectations, systems, and compliance requirements that guide how we work together and show up for the families we serve.

Take your time with each module. Some sections require acknowledgment or a certificate upload before you can move forward — those are marked clearly. Your supervisor is here to support you throughout, and role-specific training follows once this is complete.
