As a Community Initiatives Coordinator, you sit at the top of the pipeline. Before a family can attend an event, connect with a Program Associate, or enroll in a program — there has to be a pathway that brings them in. That's where you come in.

This training will walk you through everything you need to build strong partnerships, plan and lead events with purpose, and measure your work through the lens of real impact — not just activity. Take your time with each chapter and keep the families we serve at the center of everything you do.
